Boots came in generic box, no shoe horn or cog key. Boots had a stain on them too.
If this was all clearly explained in the description and price reflected the situation more prob a 5 star review. Contacted seller and just got refered to terms and conditions on website

It was nice and fast delivery. But i did not got help fast after i got my order and i have stil not got any help about my order.

The total 90 indoor boots that I purchased both had their soles separate from the shoe. This happened the very first time I wore them. Definitely feel ripped off

I've ordered football boots for my son for Christmas. It was a bit of last minute order and they've made it. Order came on time to be under the Christmas tree. It was well wrapped and communication was really good

My son loves these boots and can't wait to put them to the test. The seller was very reliable and I received the product earlier than expected. One suggestion is to ship shoes in reinforced shipping boxes over their original branded box as the Nike box was very smashed coming from Spain. Luckily the shoes were not impacted.

My son wore these for two training sessions and his third time wearing them for a match they split after 2 mins. The company won’t refund as they say it is in the small print. £170 down the drain and I’ve had to fork out again for another pair of boots. I do not recommend using classic boots matter

I appreciate how very quickly you dispatch the boots yet they seem to take forever to depart from Barcelona to Australia. Still waiting for them after a week of sitting in Barcelona even though they have been cleared and waiting for international departure 🥹 I understand that there are postage options but I don’t understand why they would take so long to move once cleared. September 2 to September 15th and still in Spain??🤷🏻‍♀️

I paid for express delivery but parcel was 2 days late, contacted customer service but they didnt offer any discount or anything. Got the parcel 2 days late and what i ordered was fine but my complaint was more or less ignored.
